By accessing or using the vioraAI platform ("Service"), operated by Viora Technical LLC ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
vioraAI is an AI-powered business operations platform that provides CRM, pipeline management, invoicing, document generation, client memory, automation, and related tools through a conversational interface and dashboard.
Engagement models. Viora Technical offers two distinct engagement models, each governed by a separate Statement of Work under our Master Service Agreement:
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, and trademarks, are owned by Viora Technical LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data; you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service.
You retain all rights to data you input into the Service ("Your Data"). We do not claim ownership of Your Data. We process Your Data only as necessary to operate the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
By providing your phone number through the Service, a contact form, or in the course of a business engagement with Viora Technical LLC, you consent to receive SMS text messages and/or phone calls from us at the number provided. Messages may include:
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account activity and engagement status. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt-out: You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by contacting us at [email protected]. Opting out of SMS does not affect other communications (email, in-app notifications). Note that opting out may limit our ability to provide timely updates about your account or active engagements.

By submitting a contact form, signing a proposal or contract, or otherwise providing your phone number to Viora Technical LLC, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the phone number provided and that you consent to receive communications as described above.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate content including but not limited to emails, proposals, reports, and recommendations. AI-generated outputs are provided as-is and should be reviewed before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all outputs before sending or acting on them. Nothing is sent in your name without your approval, other than any instant first-reply you choose to switch on. High-risk topics, including pricing, availability, capacity, vendor or facility rules, refunds, and contract or payment terms, should receive careful human review before they go out. AI output is a draft and a tool, not professional advice.
If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in a separate agreement. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.
Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. We will make Your Data available for export for 60 days following termination (the Data Export Window in our Master Service Agreement), after which it may be deleted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viora Technical LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pima County, Arizona.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
